Clean place with excellent staff and magnificent view of the lake. A great selection of fine dining options. - Incredible location near a lake in a forest, very close to both Potsdam and Berlin city center.

The rooms were well priced and large with a balcony, felt like home. The location was amazing - short walk to a large and lovely lake and a relaxing and dense forest. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Waldbad Templin.

stay was very good. room was big and had a perfect terrace. pity was that we could not enjoy it as much as we would have liked. breakfast was very complete and coffee was not bad (typical German filter coffee). best thing without a doubt is the possibility of having breakfast on the hotel terrace, because there are incredible views of the lake.

I didn't like that the room was carpeted because there was too much dust in it. For allergy sufferers it can be a big problem. The hotel is not in Potsdam, but just outside, 5 km away. For us it was not a problem because we were looking for tranquility and with the car (5 or 10 minutes) or by bike (30 minutes) you can go comfortably to Potsdam. However, I think it is something to take into account. The spa area was fine, but it is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Also, as the hotel is huge, at certain times of the day there are too many people in the spa. But we were lucky and we were able to make the most of it.

This venue is absolutely stunning with friendly staff at the front desk, the rooms are wonderful, featuring comfortable double beds and overall, everything is excellent.

The breakfasts were excellent with scrambled eggs and freshly baked bread. the staff was really helpful. the location is quiet and surrounded by a lovely lake and leafy woods, perfect for nature lovers.

The breakfast is rich and marvellous, offered with over baked bread. The location is ideal and unbeatable, it's near to 8 minutes by car.

I feel very strongly that in a hotel of this size and price that there should have been at least a fan for the bedrooms in the extreme heat, if not air conditioning. I twice asked reception if we could have some way to alleviate the heat in the bedrooms and was told both times that there was nothing available although in the alpha hotel we stayed in earlier, there were electric fans . This would stop me from going there again awe were unable to sleep because of the heat. when we booked we had also requested a quiet room with a bath and a lake view, and were given a room with no bath and no view overlooking the bar which stayed open late. The hotel was definitely geared to business clients and individual guests were not considered .

Overall had a nice stay on a business trip. I appreciated the view of the lake from the window of the standard room. the bathroom was fairly clean and had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

This was one of our best anniversaries. The place was just perfect, surrounded by nature, animals and a lovely atmosphere. I totally recommend this hotel and for sure we are going to come back.

I loved my stay at Seminaris Seehotel Potsdam. the staff was very helpful. - the lake views were great. - I was given a queen suite with a safe box and luggage storage. - the bus stop was only a 5-minute walk away. - the services provided were very good.

The staff were extremely helpful. the hotel offers great views of the lake. the breakfast selection was fantastic. the hotel's location is convenient, close to restaurants, important tourist attractions, and right in front of the lake.

The location is beautiful and the service is top-notch which made my stay very pleasant and enjoyable.

the hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in potsdam. seminaris seehotel was situated on the lake and in the forest, creating a tranquil and beautiful setting. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool and sauna were enjoyable amenities. for a long weekend with children, this hotel was perfect.
